Systems and machine operators work in our production areas, while we mainly employ industrial business and office specialists in our administrative departments. Many of our employees have been with us for decades – and we are particularly glad to have so much experience in our teams!

Industrial Business Management Assistant
You can pursue an apprenticeship to become an Industrial Business Management Assistant (in German: Industrie-Kaufmann/-frau) at our company. Short periods of work in our production departments are also an established component of this apprenticeship, alongside duties in purchasing, sales and accounts. As a supplier company to the automotive industry, our company also offers apprentices valuable insights into order processing and customer support for automotive clients. You can thus obtain a broad overview of our product range and acquire the necessary product knowledge for your job area.

After three years, you will then be able to take exams at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Braunschweig (Industrie- und Handelskammer Braunschweig) to qualify as an Industrial Business Management Assistant.

Prerequisites
Ideally, you will have good school-leaving qualifications and good language skills in English or another foreign language.
